Connection problems? (UK)

A lot more people DO have problems with this Site, they just don’t talk about it, for whatever reason. As I said, I was not complaining, just pointing it out in conversation. Sorry, but I am not going to sit here and worry about not being able to get onto a Porn Site and make some huge issues of it lol, I am just chatting :0) I know some problems are my end, that is the price to pay for living in the Country. I am sure if I was in some parts of the USA, or somewhere else, it would be just fine. But the simple truth is, where I am VHTV cannot cope with it and it is getting rather tedious that VHTV cannot own up to the fact that it is also their fault and is rather “off” of them to look for excuses everywhere else. I do not expect them to understand this analogy, but it is a lot like listening to a Liverpool Supporter, who for 30 years blamed everyone but their Club, for not winning a Premier League Title and it was everyone else’s fault but theirs. The excuses they came up with as to why they did not win one, were astounding lol. I know for a fact that VHTV Technicians are working around the clock to keep this all going and they are doing a great job, but quite a lot of the time, they are fighting a losing battle and of that there is no denying. But that is fine. As I have stated, I am not going to lose any s___p over it…I am just chatting :0)

I do understand the bandwidth for paying customers and of course there is, as it should be, but I am talking about a paying customer when I talk about connection issues, etc.:0) I certainly would not be stating any of this if I was on the Site as a none paying Customer. I am sure I am echoing the Site when I say: “pay to access the Site and get what you pay for, or otherwise shut the f…up” lol

Well, there’s the only way to find the issue out.
I went ahead and checked our helpdesk data, and found no complaints coming from your email to us in regards to connection or the service overall. I might be missing out possibility of you sending us support tickets from email different from your account’s address. If this is the case and your issue has not been resolved before, kindly let me know ticket number & I’ll be able to get things moving if they stuck for whatever reason.

I am in Pesaro Marche Italy, I find in the last couple of days that the apartments are very slow to load, some do not load at all and once loaded, they are constantly freezing up. I do have a good Internet connection and only find this problem with VHTV and no other strimming

uno qualsiasi diverso da quello che stai usando , giusto per testare se è un problema del browser, una volta a me è capitato con Twitch e laggava con chrome mentre con firefox vedevo fluidissimo quindi ho cancellato la cache di chrome e ho risolto… esempio se stai usando chrome , prova con firefox e viceversa oppure installa Opera
