We archive what we see and think worth to be archived of course. But we do not see everything. So when you want to be sure do a request.

Can I make a request for the last 24 hours I missed at 2 places 
So basically we pay the money for subscription and we do the work?

Only asking that was all as i have never made a request. But with 10 operators thats only 3 apartments each to monitor on average and thats assuming action is going on in every apartment. At best i would imagine action is only ever going on in half of them probably much less than that so probably 1 apartment per operator would cover most or all of any action?
