Belize is an own country located in the North Eastern Coast of Central America. It is a constitutional monarchy with three different languages: English, Creol English and Spanish. English is the official language. Anybody who knows more about this than me just have to add what they know. 
I was sure, that they didn’t talk about the state Belize, but the word
полиция, that spoken probably sounds similar.
But as I said, I don’t understand the language.
