Can anyone at VHTV explain why if you are already a member you cant renew your subscription for more than a month at a time
looking to renew for six months
For some reason, they make you contact them if you want to renew a longer subscription. Then they enable that feature on your renewal page.

I understand it like this:
When you sign up for a subscription for the first time (over a month, for example), this subscription is automatically renewed after it expires. However, you can put a tick somewhere that it is not automatically extended. At least that’s how I did it. When my subscription expires, I’m out and can then take out any new subscription.
Anyone whose subscription is automatically extended and want a different period must therefore contact VHTV so that they can change it accordingly.
