Personal attacks, meaning members attacking one another and calling each other names. I guess you agree with me that has nothing to do with the apartmentās topic, hence itās off-topic. attacking participant is definitely wrong and against forumās rules, but canāt be classed as off-topic.
Because, strangely enough he has been vigorously defending you. so I suspect that both accounts could belong to the same person. VHTV can easily find out if people are using multiple accounts, even if they use VPN, and all account may be suspended / deleted. especially if they are used to manipulate the forum in any shape or form.
