As long as I been a member of this site, I never understood why there is a lack of women of color mainly black and asian women. I understand that most of these apartments are in Russia but I think you can still bring in a woman of color. I seen lots of black men here no black women at all. I see no reason for this.
What exactly does this have to do with video and audio quality?

The porn industry holds black men up in the highest pedastal, something black women absolutely despise. There are videos youtube where black female porn stars are voicing their discontent with this.

If you know about a few dark skinned pigmentation women that would like to take part of VHTV, you could always send them the link to VHTV site about become an participant.
As most of the realms are located in countries with minority of dark skinned pigmentation, there is hard to find people that want to join. There is also been request about more elderly people, also harder to find and recruit them.
Diversity can be nice and good, there is no requirement too it. The lack of diversity is simple based on the fact that the majority of realms are located in areas where recruitment to take part is harder for diversity.
VHTV do have form, and looking for participants, you can also apply yo be a manager of your own apartments to have different host and hostess if you realy wanted to fix the diversity.
Dont forget about Indians, Arabs, indigenous people, handicaps, senior, obesity and so on.

I see African men on here often. You should be able to find African women as easily as you find these men. I seen African women from Somalia, Ethiopia and the Carribean area that look just as good. I think you all can just dig a little deeper to find them. I seen another voyeur site that has both black men and black women equally represented. The ratio should be the same between the two.
Not sure quite what other site your referring to, but there is voyeur site that is more based in America where finding an good ratio would be more easy. And there is quite a few from central and south America as well.
As for eastern part of Africa such as Somalia, Ethiopia, Eretria, Sudan ect, a good portion of them have religions value that prevent that makes participating less attractive for them in there opinion.
Dont get me wrong, more variation to the site. In my country, its illegal to advocate towards gender, religion, and ethnicity. So if there where searching for people in my country as an job offer, it would not have been an option to search specifically for looks

Further to your query there was a realm that was located in India which had tenants who had re-located from Russia. Due to restrictions imposed on travel by the Russian Duma the realm was unable to thrive as one of the tenants had hoped. To my knowledge no one who was indigenous to the region appeared as a guest. There are realms that have been opened in South America as well. As Hayaxinor has stated that there are a number of factors which prohibits certain nationalities from participating in project such as this.
As another factor which has got to be taken into consideration is the cost of finding a suitable property and then the infrastructure to be compatible to the VHTV system of streaming live feeds and then if the business model is sustainable for all parties concerned. Which is why I believe that a lot of the realms are situated in Central and Eastern Europe where costs are lower than Western Europe and North America,
