just a quick question for anybody has anybody else had problems with moments operators not saving archive requests or is it just me I’m not here to have a dig at anybody and i no they have a lot of archive requests to get through but serious question as its happened to me 4 or 5 times over the last month
I have had requests not saved, but the Moments Operator explained why they would not save it. But I don’t recall them just not saving or ignoring them.
i happened to me 4 or 5 times i feel my request’s are being ignored
Could you not ask the Moments Operator that usually saves your requests why you are not being saved or ignored.

Just to say that over the last week there have been problems with moments not being saved by the system & a number of moments have been lost - VHTV are still looking at what’s causing the problem & attempting to fix it.
this was from January 20th to archive videos requests were ignored
