The previous solution is the hot glue gun.
The better solution would probably be screws and dowels. I don’t understand why it seems to be banned in the apartments. When moving out, just put some plaster or mortar in the drill holes, some paint over it and everything would be fine…

Maybe try using heavy duty double sided mounting tape?

As far as I understand, it is also about the fact that the cameras can be removed at the end without leaving any residue or damage. and there hot glue is unfortunately a very good material. too good adhesive tape or even srewing is out of the question
In special circumstances I know tripods have been allowed to be used. Amelie & Lucas were using one I believe. Maybe @Medea could ask to use a tripod?
Do you think they could get some of this?
