That was a surprise both the girls got serviced last night ,they need to get rid of that coloured lighting and get cam 6 working very nice👍

Yep cam 6 doesn’t seem to want to load, just no reaction if you click on it.
Cam6 is now back working

We seem to have lost a living room cam? Have advised Support.

Thanks for contacting us. If cameras are out of the list - that means they were excluded manually, and we know about the issue. Sorry for inconveniences caused!
In other words it seems to be ok for tenants to switch off camera’s if they so wish.
Whatever is VH coming to when they are saying to members, well that is just tough s__t.

The one above the microwave isn’t working or the one above the sink.
They just are not on the listings anymore.???

Just heard back from Support as follows…
Cameras maybe be hidden when they are not working or angle is messed up. They will be back as soon as cameras get fixed by tenants/managers.
Well both look ok to me re angles? Dunno about not working.
Gella seems to think all ok???
All back on but not those two Winston?
Think the girls are investigating why these two cams are not working so will leave them alone to figure it all out.
