Not sure how any viewer is going to be give you a correct answer. There will be a lot of speculation but no real answer. The only way you will get a real answer if a tenant takes part in this discussion and I highly doubt they would want to reveal their financial situation.

My point is to participate in an adult project like vhtv , you need to have a serious stimulus since the show is broadcasted all over the world and everybody can watch you, including your friends. I doubt that any person (even an ardent perv) would want get laid free of charge knowing it can easily spoil his/her reputation. Risks are high.
The only thing I know is guests have to be made aware and sign a consent. How the tenants reward their friends or if they do I have no idea.
