I already done it but i only got the standard message " We have forwarded your request to the technical department" back
I will keep doing tickets about them hiding every day until something might be done.

Oh thank you for clarifying. I’ve checked and the task hasn’t really been resolved yet since yesterday. Even if they decide to get the cam, ususally it takes at least several days
