It would be cool to have something like a bot checking for new topic in this section here and then generating the ticket. So this feedback for cameras would be a lot more useful.
I am not sure if this can be realized but would be a cool feature.

Yeah and in theory quite easily by the way (subscribe to new topics in this category with service email, then set up a redirection to support email). Worth trying

Why not create a support account we tag to fix issues it’s a major pain in the ass creating tickets
That my issues I don’t want vhtv in my emails lol
Looks like separate email address is your perfect solution then. Would also be convenient to use as VHTV login to get all newsletter and promos. And forum notifications of course!
