When I play archive videos, after a few minutes, the video restarts. Then it keeps restarting after a few seconds. Anyone else having that problem.

I looked at it and it doesn’t work for me either.
It’s best to file a ticket with support.

it s still happening. Not fixed yet for me.
It’s been like this since vh opened and it never got better. The worst video player I’ve ever seen in my life.

I am having trouble with everything. Some realms i cannot get. Anyone else?
I personally see no problems, but in any case you should contact VHTV Support right away to receive prompt response in order to help solving the problems you may encounter.
no problems here infact cant remember the last time i had any problems watching vids , i checked both my browsers edge and chrome buth working 100%

The only thing reminiscing of these symptoms is when you open VHTV Moments Video in a tab which you are not currently watching and get to browse it later. As per current logic, the page needs to be refreshed for player to load fresh chunks of data.
And yes, our player is certainly not the best out there, but we’re working on it in the future versions to become available for everyone soon [1]
