Perhaps the algorithmic connection is through music? She is a singer called Elaiza. If not, it was probably the bare thighs after all… 
Aha, now it actually makes more sense. I do watch music on YouTube, a lot! But can’t remember any K-pop or something similar, so I’m still a little puzzled.
