this is not a fake, this is the ‘miniature wonderland hamburg’, the world’s largest miniature railway system (which also has a harbor and airport in mini), and santa claus plays ‘jingle bells’ while hitting the bottles
theoretically I could link every single one of their videos here, they are all for

there are countless videos on youtube, but most of them are only in german. there you can see how all the vehicles (apart from the trains) are built and made to roll. but be careful, it gets addicting fast

based on the comments, this is actual animation on the walls that you see when you take the elevator to the observation deck at the new 101 world trade center. the pictures show the development of manhattan until today
