Yep that’s why I said I won’t risk it. Probably in my house where I know everything works fine

Absolutely! I’m an electrician by trade, and all I can say is. Even though I know how these devices (RCD) work. And make homes safer. I would never want to try it myself. And I wouldn’t advise anyone to do so.

Un test simple mais évidement à faire avec SOIN ET PRéCAUTION
Une ampoule d’une dizaine de watt .
Un fil en contact avec un mur humide , une canalisation eau , ou tout simplement le contact de terre de la prise
Le deuxiéme un bref contact avec le phase 220 de la prise murale .
Normalement le différentiel 30ma saute instantanément .
Si la lampe s’allume , il n’y a pas différentiel = DANGER
Le meme danger existe dans la cuisine , et dans toutes les pièces avec un sol conducteur ou un peu humide .
A simple test but obviously to be done with CARE AND CAUTION
A bulb of around ten watts.
A wire in contact with a damp wall, a water pipe, or simply the earth contact of the socket
The second a brief contact with the phase 220 of the wall socket.
Normally the 30ma differential jumps instantly.
If the lamp lights up, there is no differential = DANGER
The same danger exists in the kitchen, and in all rooms with a conductive or slightly damp floor.
Do NOT try this. There are tools to measure and test things like that. Totally stupid risking to get shocked with this
