I don’t know it, but it feels to me that Trisha has left for a cpl days, and Julia is the housekeeper.
Obviously, other than Trisha, Julia likes it clean, and uses the time to make it comfortable for herself.
I guess we’ll know more later, when we see if Trisha comes home.
Maybe Julia is just a nice person who likes to give a helping hand.
