They need to get creative! The bed in the work room is literally a matress on the ground. Grab the matress from the other room, put it up against the one in the work room, cover it with a large enough fiitted sheet and you have yourself a kingsize bed! 
In the morning when they get up (or is that late afternoon? ) place one on top of the other and you get your space back. A temporary solution till they can get a bigger bed.
Just to be clear, @jabbath1987 will always have to wait behind @SavannahFromRussia.

Me and wife did that on holiday to get under air conditioning at a hotel in Spain ,it did work for a short term solution
