I dont think its funny, I have no idea whats going on. all I see is appt. down again with power outage. a little context to whats happening will be nice.
People spend hours without electricity in 21 century because infrastucture is being destroyed by terrorist acts
Is it still true that we can say if apartments are located in Ukraine? So the reason is that Russia attacks the civillian infrastructure of Ukraine (Which is a war crime by the way) while Ukraine purely attacks military targets in Russia. That is why Russia has power and Ukraine not.
