I wasn’t paying attention, but has the apartment been blacked out for 15 days now, or have they been back online in the meantime

I don’t know if it against the rules or not to say in which town the participant lives, so I’ll be as vague as possible. The appartment is in Ukraine, which explain the numerous and long blackout.
Edit : location made vaguer in accordance to the rules.

do you think they are indeed in relocation or its just “lets put relocation status” and see if and when they are back? (not that i miss them, just qurious
