To be fair you donât have to be dirt poor to live in a place like this. This can be the default âapartmentâ look for many Eastern Bloc countries, or at least where Iâm from and I can only assume itâs even worse in the GMT+7 time zone. You are either really well off and afford a nice place or have a regular income and get this kind of place.
