If the manager wasn’t wrong. At least in this apartment, Isidor is more of a reason for fewer views…

As he is not banned, he can visit without a problem. Also, there can be a few reasons for him to visit: one is that the apartment is still his too until the end of the current month’s lease. Other reason can be that maybe he doesn’t have a place where to move, so he keeps his stuff here temporarily until he finds a place. We can only wait and see
