She already was a member so I can’t see how the change of her situation makes any difference. IMO She is exhibitionist and she enjoys being on cams, and If you had watched her or read her comments you would know that she is a very smart and talented young lady, I don’t see anything wrong with what she is doing. Hopefully the project can help her to start a new life in her new location.
